Besides 4 stalks of Celery each day...

I need tips for bringing blood pressure down. Was previously 120-130/80-87. I went hypertensive during surgery five weeks ago and have been ever since. Can't get it down. Doc wants to put me on BenecarHCT. I'm trying to reinvent myself to avoid yet another drug. Tips welcome.

And yes, I'm already on top of the celery thing. Yum yum--it tastes better these days.
